The Value of Coaching

Through a dialogue learning session, we will explore the role of coaching for personal and professional development emphasizing its impact on the continuous improvement cycle.

Participants will engage in dialogue to include the following, building a foundation of trust and respect in the coaching process, providing objective feedback, using data to facilitate change.
