This one-day workshop, based on the Youth Program Quality Intervention—a comprehensive system for improving program quality—is designed to provide a framework for youth work based on research and best/promising practices. The workshop emphasizes incorporating effective strategies to enhance youth voice, engagement, and leadership within youth programs.
