This one-day workshop, based on the Youth Program Quality Intervention—a comprehensive system for improving program quality—is designed to provide a framework for youth work based on research and best/promising practices. The workshop focuses on incorporating effective strategies to build/enhance a sense of community and enhance positive youth interaction within youth programs.
