This virtual workshop will introduce using an equity lens framework for youth work. The session will reflect on what racial equity is and how we as youth work professionals can play a role in creating equitable systems for youth to thrive. We will focus on strengthening youth worker practice to deepen equity within our individual practice and organizational contexts.
