Matthew McCluskey was born and raised in Fairview Park and graduated from Fairview High school and earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Baldwin Wallace University. Matthew has worked with the MyCom Youth Development Initiative since 2015 and now works full time for the Intermediary team as the Network Support Manager since 2018. Matthew’s work focuses on the continuous maintenance of the MyCom Network of lead agencies, partners, and Intermediary team members. Centering around fulfilling operational needs, communication processes and identifying potential risks that would impede MyCom’s mission of connecting the youth of Greater Cleveland to quality resources.
In his free time Matthew enjoys spending time with friends and family, play board games, watch movies, and runs through the Metroparks.
MyCom will enact our mission with race and equality at the forefront of our work as we always have. We will use our thought-leadership, funding, advocacy, and network to redesign service delivery. Together we will rethink infrastructure and create solutions that eliminate access to healthcare, cyclical poverty, access to quality education, housing stability, and other barriers that have impacted black lives.
